🦀 🥥 El Cangrejo del cocotero es el MÁS GRANDE de los artrópodos terrestres. De la familia de los ermitaños.

⚖️📏 Pesa de media 4 kilos y su longitud media es de MEDIO METRO.

🔐Es una ESPECIE PROTEGIDA (Negaremos haberlo visto. Las imágenes son de banco de imágenes)

🍽️ Es un manjar de lujo: según nos dicen, tiene un sabor fuerte, con una textura aceitosa (porque come coco) y se hierve o se hace a la parrilla. Que o te gusta mucho o nada. Se prepara como la langosta.

Para que su captura sea apta, su tórax debe medir 7 cm.

As it is located in the middle of the Leeward Islands, the most common way to get to Raiatea is by air from any of the numerous islands that make up the Society archipelago.
