2.- Purpose of the processing of personal data:

2.1. Category of the collected data: The collected personal data are identification data that in no case are considered as special categories of data or data related to criminal convictions or offenses.

2.2. What is the purpose of processing your personal data? At TRIPTAHITI, we will process the collected personal data for the following purposes:

• a) Sending information requested by the interested party.
• b) Publishing the comments you make on TRIPTAHITI’s blogs and on social networks and interacting with the functionalities of the Website.
• c) Sending newsletters, as well as commercial communications of promotions and/or advertising of TRIPTAHITI’s services and events through different means. 2.3. How long will the collected personal data be kept?: The provided personal data will be kept as long as there is a mutual interest to maintain the purpose of the processing and during the period for which responsibilities could arise from the services provided to the interested party, for example: 6 years for accounting books, invoices, etc., according to Art. 30 of the Commercial Code, 5 years for personal actions without special term (art. 1.964 Civil Code); 4 years: Art. 66 and ss. of the General Tax Law (taxes, etc.).
When no longer necessary for such purposes, they will be deleted with adequate security measures to ensure the pseudonymization of the data or the total destruction of the same.
