There are several ways to tour the island but the most rewarding is undoubtedly by scooter.

In addition to the road that climbs to the Bélvèdere lookout on Mount Rotui, there is a 38-mile road around the entire island, which means that you can easily do the whole route in a single day.

It will also cost less since renting a motorbike is cheaper than renting a car and, above all, they consume less fuel. A full tour of the island costs about 3 dollars in gasoline. Refueling is not a problem since there are two gas stations on Moorea, one near Maharepa and the other in Haapiti.
